Horse-back Riding

Code of Conduct:

1. Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet and sturdy footwear.

2. Follow the instructions and guidance provided by trained professionals.

3. Treat the horses with respect and kindness, avoiding any aggressive behavior.

4. Maintain control of the horse at all times, using proper riding techniques.

5. Be aware of your surroundings and other riders, ensuring a safe distance between horses.

6. Avoid reckless riding or actions that may startle or endanger the horses.

7. Report any concerns or incidents to the organizer or staff immediately.

Risk Advisory:

1. Horse-riding involves inherent risks, including the possibility of bodily harm or injuries.

2. Riders should be aware of the unpredictable nature of horses and the potential for accidents.

3. Riders should have a reasonable level of physical fitness and be aware of their own limitations.

4. It is important to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries to the organizer.

5. Riders should be aware of the potential risks associated with horse-riding, such as falls or kicks.

Horse-back riding Release and Waiver Agreement:

I attest for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible and for my/our heirs, personal representatives or assigns, hereby acknowledge the risks of injury or damage (to property, personal injury and/or death) involved in participating in the horseback ride, being around and/or touching a horse. I understand that there is a risk in riding and being near live animals and acknowledge that the participation in this activity is purely voluntary.

I assume full responsibility for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, guardian or otherwise responsible, for any bodily injury, accident, illness, paralysis, death, loss of personal property and expenses thereof as a result of any accident which may occur while participating in this activity.

I further agree to abide all safety instructions, and provided while I/we are for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, and for my/our heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, hereby release, acquit and forgive mackdonald language academy Ltd. (Kilkenny), its principals, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (“Releases”) from any and all liability of any nature for any and all injury or damage (including property damage, personal injury, illness, paralysis, and/or death) to me or said minor children and other persons as the result or my/our participation in this activity.

I attest for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, legal guardian, or otherwise and for my/our heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, hereby release, acquit and mackdonald language academy Ltd. (Kilkenny), its principals, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers ("Releases") from any and all liability of for any and all injury or damage (including property damage, personal injury, illness, and/or death) to me or said minor children and other persons as the result or my/our in this activity.

I attest for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, legal guardian or otherwise responsible, and for my/our heirs, personal representatives or assigns, also hereby expressly waive any claim, lawsuit, complaint, charge, or cause of action against mackdonald language academy Ltd. (Kilkenny), its principals, directors, agents, employees and for any and all injury or damage including property damage, personal injury, illness, paralysis and/or death, to me or any such minor children and other persons as a result of my/our participation in this activity.
